Welcome to the website of the Cornish Seniors Golfing Association. We were formed in 1971 to promote Senior Golf in the County of Cornwall.
The aims of the Association are:
to promote comradeship and golf for Senior Gentlemen Golfers in Cornwall.
to organise meetings and competitions.
There are 5 each year held at clubs throughout the county - the normal format being 2-ball better ball. There is one mixed meeting where members may invite a Senior Lady Golfer. There are also annual fixtures against the Senior Gentlemen Golfers of the Counties of Devon and Kent.
New members are most welcome. There are very few conditions — you need to be a full playing member of a Cornish golf club and be at least 55 years of age. The current annual membership fee is £5.00.
For more details contact your local club rep (Club Reps) or the Secretary at secretary@csga.co.uk.
The association is run by a committee of 6 elected members (President, Captain, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President & Vice-Captain together with 1 representative from every club in Cornwall (Club Reps).
The Committee members are elected at the November meeting.
On completion of meeting we have free use of the course. Those wishing to play please inform the Secretary asap prior to the meeting
Competition entry forms, Start times & Results will be listed here with appropriate links when available
A selection of clothing (tie, jumper, polo shirt) in the Association colours is available to order from the Secretary for collection at the next meeting
